Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and handling except for pre-orders*. US orders take 2-5 business days for delivery. International orders take 7-21 days to arrive. Delivery times may vary from country to country. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.

For orders outside of US, import duties may be levied once the package reaches its destination country. Obsessed is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and our customers must pay for these in full. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

No piece of clothing will last forever, but there are steps you can take to extend its lifespan. Our garments undergo rigorous wash testing; most printed garments are designed to withstand up to 50 wash cycles. However, improper washing or drying can cause prints to deteriorate prematurely, sometimes as early as after 20 washes. Heat is the enemy. For optimal preservation, we advise washing in cold and air drying the garment by hanging. 

Most of our collections are limited runs. If a product is marked sold out, it may not return. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter for early access to future drops.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.
Items must be in new, unworn condition, unwashed, free of odors, stains, or pet hair, and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or unauthorized returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, a gift card code will be emailed to you with instructions for use. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit amount.
